Based in Hyères, in the Var department, Anthony Frémiot is a passionate farmer with more than thirty years of experience.

Specializing in the cultivation of exceptional pomegranates, he grows rare and unique varieties intended for haute cuisine and Michelin-starred chefs seeking exceptional ingredients.

A standard inspired by the art of winemaking

Grown using organic farming methods in the Var region, our French pomegranates are harvested at full ripeness, in strict accordance with the season and their region of origin.

Just like at the great wine estates, each grape variety is carefully selected. The aim is to achieve aromatic balance, and the blends are refined with precision—to reveal a pure, deep, and distinctive flavor profile.
